Warranty & Info
- We offer a six month warranty on our parts/labor.
- If you would like to provide your own products, the parts/labor warranty will be void.
- All pickup, delivery, material and quote fees must be paid in full before job begins.
- Payment and/or remaining balance is due after job is completed.
General Labor
$100 hr
- Includes in person quotes, assembly, extra labor, building and demo work without materials or specialty tools.
Electrical
- Outlet or switch job $150 + material $5, job add-ons $50 each.
- GFCI outlet job $170 + material $30, job add-ons $70 each.
- Smoke co detector job $120 + material $70, job add-ons $20 each.
- Ceiling fan job $150, job add-ons $50 each.
- Light fixture job $125, job add-ons $25 each.
- Chandelier job $100-$300.
- Pickup/delivery/trash fee $50-$100.
- Fans/light fixtures must be provided or extra fee will apply.
Plumbing
- Garbage disposal job $150.
- Tank water heater job $400.
- Faucet install job $125.
- Toilet install job $350.
- Toilet wax ring replacement job $200.
- Pickup/delivery/trash fee $50-$150.
- Plumbing fixtures must be provided.
Cabinet Install
- Cabinet install $50 linear ft.
- Cabinet removal $20 linear ft.
- Hardware/handle install $5 each.
- Trash fee $100-$400.
- Cabinets and hardware must be provided.
Custom Wood Works
